We were very pleasantly surprised to arrive and find that these furnished apartments were very new and clean. We had a studio which was spacious and well-furnished. The place far exceeded our expectations! It's about a 15 min. taxi from the airport and close to a large mall called Bur Juman. more

The Minc is a great apartment. We booked the one bedroom. It is spacious, clean and quiet (except for the Mosque across the street starting at about 11AM). Pros: Great price. Spacious. Great find, based in the Bur Dubai area next to the creek. Excellent apartments. The area is a little out of the way if you are looking for Beaches and shopping malls.
