It comes with 2 bathrooms, kitchen, lounge, tv with 1000 channels, nice bedroom. Very clean & nice, if you want to cook yourself this is the best option! Location is 15 mins away from airport, very good for stay in between flights. Has serveral places nearby.

We checked into our hotel, and immediately my wife complained of a mold smell in our room. Not bad if you need a base for a month or so. Not worth it for short term visits. Expect a spacious and clean apartment but not hotel service. Location is good only if you work in Sharjah or Northern Deira. Lots of traffic though. You'll need a car to get anywhere.
