When asked such facility (heating), the receptionis in the front desk just "laugh at you" saying there is no heating. I insisted saying that could be impossible once Chile is a country where the winter is hard. He did the same; just "laught". He is not a professional to deal with people. This hotel is not bad at all. The rooms are on the small side but still comfortable. The hotel is generally clean. The front desk staff and bell boy are extremely friendly and helpful.
