The views from the Hotel are amazing, and the rooms by the ocean side are well worth the extra cost. The rooms themselves are a little dated, but are not bad. The pool is small, but nice. We stayed at the Oceanic for two nights early in April (2007). Room 21 is spectacular for the reasons mentioned above.
