The place is a bit old fashion but all in all ok. We had no problems to find it due it is located very visible uphill. Great view from the room, quiet area of town, german speaking lady owns the place, everybody friendly and helpful. more
The Residencia is a good value for the money. The ocean facing rooms have wonderful views and the rooms are clean and homey, if a bit old-fashioned.
