We picked the Savavilla Bed and Breakfast out of a Bed and Breakfast two for one book. We had no idea as to how our stay there would be as we had never heard of it before or been recommended by anyone who had stayed there. Upon our arrival, we were immediately taken back by the outside beauty of the... more

I stumbled on this gem of a place while searching the internet for a B&B on the way to Traverse City from the Detroit airport. My wife and I ended up staying two nights and enjoyed every minute of our stay. Not only is the mansion a delight but our room and amenities were exceptional considering the relatively low price.... more

My group -- The Blanks -- recently stayed at the Saravilla B&B while we were in town performing. The building and rooms were unique and charming. Linda and Jon were great hosts. After the show we came back to the B&B and played pool and ping pong over a glass of wine/beer to wind down. The next morning Linda and... more

Linda and John go far out of their way to make guests feel comfortable in their beautiful Victorian home. The history of the house is, in itself, worth a visit. Every room is beautifully decorated. The breakfasts made by Linda are... more

We really enjoyed this home. It is huge and beautiful. Exceptionally clean. The food was excellent! Many amenities were offered and we enjoyed the guest kitchen, billiard room and library. The owners are very nice people who we enjoyed conversing with over breakfast. Lots of history at this home. more

This was our first time getting away for Valentine's Day and we loved it. We had our own fireplace and master bath with a whirlpool tub for two. There was an open kitchen for us provided with popcorn, hot cocoa, tea, and pop. There was a the old pocket pool table to play and that was alot of fun. They... more

I arrived really late and was greeted by a guy in a good mood. That set the tone for the rest of my stay. I felt at home and totally at ease in a very comfortable room. Breakfast was very good and the hospitality was even better. Lots of good stories about a very interesting property. Lots of common area... more

I arrived at 11 pm and was greeted by a smiling face. I felt wlecome from the moment I arrived. The room was large, the breakfast was plentiful, and the internet was free. They made me feel at home and that's all I really want. more
