We found this hotel on our way home, thinking it was a Quality Inn (which it had been at some point in the past). The rate was great ($50), but as we drove around to the back parking lot, we realized it might not be the greatest place. A pickup truck was parked with two people inside, just sitting there,... more

DO NOT STAY HERE! It's been four days since my stay, and I'm still dealing with Bed Bug Bites! Now, I'm not one of those snobby, need to stay at nice plays guys...heck, I would have no problem staying at a Fraternity House if I had to...but this hotel, is not safe (from my experience). Sure the bathrooms are 4... more

We traveled to Ann Arbor during a convention (plumbers and pipe fitters) that apparently takes over the city for a week every August. I called what had to be 20 places before I found an open room here, for about 80 dollars less then then the other hotels told me they would charge "if they had any rooms". The only... more

I have never stayed in a place this bad. The elevator didn't work, so of course we were put on the 3rd floor. The hallways were 80 degrees and smelled of mold. The only 'working' ice machine was on the 1st floor. The amenities list hairdryers in the rooms, they're not. The toilet seat was broken.......... When I moved the... more

A friend and I, along with three of our teenage kids, stayed here on a Saturday night after a University of Michigan football game. I am not a particularly finicky traveler, but this place was something else. Where to start? The pool was out of commission, as was the hot tub. The stairwell reeked of urine. The rooms, while superficially... more

What can I say about this hotel? It was horrible. When we arrived at the hotel, there was a fistfight going on in the parking lot of the hotel, directly in front of the doors we had to enter. It only got worse from there. The room itself was a dump. The top of the mini-fridge had mold growing on... more

This place was a dump. I called ahead to make sure that they had a pool and they told me yes. They failed to tell me that it had no water and hadn't worked in over a year. The place stunk. I had three different rooms prior to asking them to just change the sheets and clean the room so... more

We stayed at this hotel with a group of 50 travelers so we had no choice and couldn't leave. The rooms were very unclean, a couple of the rooms wouldn't lock. There was no ice in machines, the breakfast room contained 9 chairs plus the breakfast was only bagels and coffee. Garbage was overflowing inside and outside of the hotel..... more

It was a pleasure to have stayed in Ann Arbor for graduation weekend. Most of the brand named and well known hotels were full. One desk clerk at the Campus Inn suggested that I go to this hotel. I'm glad I did, the price, product, and service was just right! I never heard of the Ann Arbor University Hotel. But... more

This place was really run down. My inlaws had to switch rooms because none of the drains in their bathroom functioned. The headrests on our beds were just leaning against the wall, and the bed was propped up on 4x4 unfinished wood boards that stuck out just so you could hit your ankles on them. The pitcher of orange juice... more
