The Library is wonderful and Joan makes such an effort to make your stay enjoyable. Our son got sick and needed medical care. Joan drove us to the emergency room, helped with doctors, pharmacies, and was all around great. She is a wealth of information about the University and the area. A fantastic B&B, the host Joan is really friendly and a complete bibliophile. On my first night she drove me around showing me the beautiful town of Ann Arbor. Breakfasts are enormous and when I had to leave early I was given bags of granola bars and fruit to take on my way. Would definately recommend it. more

This location is in the middle of the student population and although close to campus is noisy for being entitled "The library" . I personally would not return. more

Have never liked B&Bs but this was superb. Very quiet rooms, with repeat customers. Very clean. Tons of books for book lovers. Literary themed breakfasts. Close to restaurants, but also use of a full guest kitchen - snacks even provided! Walking distance to UMich campus. Host bends over backwards to make you comfortable and welcome.
