A very nice room, quiet and equipped with all I needed. Extremely friendly owners, and very good breakfast, especially at week-end. A very convenient location, at walking distance from anything of interest in Ann Arbor. Strongly recommended.

Most relaxing enjoyable time with my HONEY! We had a massage first ,went to the room for the outside hot tub. The Ann Arbor Bed & Breakfast lives up to it's lofty reviews; comfortable, clean, warm and welcoming... and located in a fantastic spot just outside of downtown. The innkeepers were extremely nice and accomodating. We truly enjoyed our 'too brief' stay and will be back again.

We felt welcome like visiting family and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Ann Arbor B&B. The room was comfortable, the breakfast delicious, and living room with amenities just like at home. A big bonus is the location within walking distance of campus, cultural activities, and restaurants.

Ann Arbor Bed & Breakfast is closer to small eclectic hotel, but with warm and welcoming hosts that know how not to hover. Never spent time in Ann Arbor before, but our 24-hour whirlwind tour was made complete by our stay here. Will definitely be back. What a perfect location!

On arrival, I was very impressed by the relaxed, friendly atmosphere. It felt more like staying with friends than a commercial transaction. Visiting the University in Ann Arbor, I find it difficult to imagine a more convenient location.

My stay at AAB&B was really pleasant. The place is conveniently located at the edge of the Central Campus of the UoM in an area where it felt reasonably safe to walk around even at night.
