We had a fantastic stay. Sarah is a very kind host and provided a nice variety of light, healthy breakfast foods. The big dogs are adorable- loved them (but I am dog owner too). Parking is sparse but there are parking lots and street parking are nearby. The rooms were clean, good size, nicely stocked with soaps, lotions, coffee, tea...the... More

I had a lovely stay at the Burnt Toast Inn in Ann Arbor. I was there for work and the B&B was walking distance to downtown (2 blocks) and there were two yoga studios nearby which was a plus. I have a preference for small boutique hotels, not big hotels and don't often stay at B&Bs as it can feel... More

Great location being quite close to downtown and activities, very easy to walk everywhere. Very nice & comfortable room with bath. great decor, cleanliness. Sarah very nice with her two dogs which are very friendly, but not intrusive. Excellent breakfast both Sat and Sunday. Would stay there again.

Sarah was very accomodating and happy to help us with whatever we needed when we booked our stay on a sudden impulse. The location is great for walking to all the area attractions~~ and the Burnt Toast is comfortable, quiet and welcoming. We had the place to oursevles so it felt like home. Breakfast was delicious with many choices. We... More

Nice on the whole if you are okay with the somewhat quirky owner. A bit intrusive despite what sign says in rooms. Love the dogs -- they are the best part. The bath and other parts of the master are grest other room are very small and have less charector Would only stay if others are booked.

My wife & I recently stayed two evenings at the Burnt Toast. We had a large & clean comfortable room & a comfortable bathroom with a big tub, & jazzy shower with plenty of fancy soaps & shampoo & the like. We were pretty busy with visits & fun in Ann Arbor but my wife & I both said that... More

We don't live far from Ann Arbor but wanted to stay when attending a birthday party. We needed just one night and Sarah was able to accomodate us even tho there are 2-night minimums on some rooms. You have to wait till Thursday to make sure the room is not booked to waive the minimum - I understand this -... More

Stayed in the north room at the Washington St. address. The private bath with this room was quite nice with a lot of bath accessories. The owner told me she used to own an art gallery. This place shows it: carefully placed artwork all over the place. Very nice experience. Both Sarah the owner and Tim the house manager were... More

We had a couple of days in Ann Arbor after visiting Detroit for the Freep. The Burnt Toast Inn was splendid in every way - location, accommodation, food, welcome and dogs! Every detail in Sarah's house has obviously been given careful and imaginative thought which makes it extremely interesting as well as very comfortable. Our stay couldn't have been better.

We spent a wonderful three days at the Burnt Toast Inn in Ann Arbor while attending a wedding and festivities just a block away. The Inn is beautifully and very interestingly decorated, our room was large and comfortable (complete with a full bath -tub and walk in shower with double sprayers - and an external exit with a balcony), and...
