Location of hotel was good, easy access off expressway. Service - friendly, gentleman who signed us in was very friendly and was available to answer questions. Room - dirty ! The place was not the best, but it served the purpose. It could use some fixing up. The free breakfast was decent and I have to say the coffee was great! Which really surprised me. The tv in my sisters room was not working properly, so they gave her another room. The fitness center needs better working exercise equipment. more

I was dreading my stay here after reading the negative reviews, but my experience was pretty good. The room was larger than I expected, the bathroom was clean and sparkly. This hotel is by far the worst place I ever stayed! The hotel smelled like urine, very unclean. Had to switch rooms twice due to broken a/c units. One room had no shower curtain. Unbelievable!!! Room quality was so poor we had to change rooms 3 times in just 10 hours!!! Broken shower drain, no electricity and plugged toilet (with a gift inside waiting for us).
