Stayed with my family on a routine shopping trip. I have stayed at many similar star properties in Detroit. Hotel reviews seemed decent and price was 20 cheaper than others so it seemed a solid bet. It was TERRIBLE stains everywhere, gross bathroom, minimal channels on the TV and extremely poor Internet that went in and out the entire time.... More

We chose this hotel because of the price and amenities included. For $89/night, you get 2 double beds, clean, spacious room, self-serve breakfast, parking, wifi, and indoor swimming pool. What else could you ask for for that price? To comment another reviewer about the shady sketchy parking lot, well, it might be if you compare it to White House neighborhood.... More

The room wasn't great but its what you would expect for the price. The building and the parking lot were full of sketchy characters that like to stare you down as you walk by. I wouldn't stay here again. I'm extremely lucky that I wasn't robbed or murdered.

Stayed one night. Staff was great, room was clean, bed very comfortable. Breakfast filled us up. What more can I say? Would definitely go back. The non smoking rule was a plus. Free Internet in the room so next time will come prepared.

We must agree with the others who have mentioned this hotels great service, and friendly manner. Their free shuttle service to the nearby and shopping center was a real bonus until we were able to pick up our hire car. This contributed to making our stay here in Auburn Hills a real highlight of our business trip.

travelling from Australia,we chose auburn hill and suites online...which can be a risk some times....however it was a good choice,we stayed 12 nites......happy with front staff,breakfast was fine........as in all cleaning staff there is always one ''bad apple''that we all encounter.....and we did....but that was sorted out by management..........all in all a good place to stay.......

Great staff! Everyone appears to be happy to see you and they go above and beyond to make your stay a pleasant one. Becky should be given a raise. She was very nice and even made sure that the bride and groom had a VIP experience.
