The biggest complaint with the hotel is that the plastic key cards used to get into your room seldom work at all. We stay at this hotel in Albert Lea every year for a family reunion in April that we hold in the hotel's Hospitality room. We have always had great service and a great time here.
Checked in about noon and got our room right away, we book the same room each year (224) a two room whirlpool suite. Things change...

Do not recommend this hotel to anyone! Our "non-smoking" room was so smokey that considered checking out at 4:00AM, but since we were in town for a family funeral had no choice but to stay. Window could not be opened to let in fresh air; carpet was dirty and we questioned wheter the bed sheets had actually been changed ....
