This Americinn in Alexandria does not seem to quite measure up with the chain's usual high standards. Americinns usually have premium room rates, and the furnishings, service, etc. at this location did not seem to measure up to most of the other units in the chain. We had the jacuzzi suite and it was a disappointment. Everything is shabby. The room was cleaned, but the jacuzzi was filthy. I went to WalMart and bought my own cleaning supplies.
