Nice hotel, clean rooms, helpful staff. Had 7 rooms for a group, staff was very understanding and helpful getting changes made and processing the billing. Will definitely look at using this hotel again when our group is near Anoka. more

I was charged full price for a room I was unable to stay in due to a medical emergency. The management is RUDE and extremely unreasonable. They refuse to refund my money and could care less whether I was physically able to move or not. I was never told that you would be charged if you don't call to cancel.... more
