Excellent service from Maria, Frank and their family. Made to feel like one of the family. This was our first winter holiday to a winter destination, so didn't know what to expect. A very basic hotel: uncomfortable beds, showers not working properly, heating is turned off in the middle of the night and very limited breakfast. On the positive note, the location is great for hiking and skiing, and the views from some rooms are great.
