We spent three nights at Fairmont after an exhausting trip through the NPs. It was great to soak our tired muscles in the warm waters. We had a room in the Annex building (attached to but separate from the main building. The room was verge large and comfortable. It was also very clean. The entire place was very clean. Our... more

The kids had a great time. The staff are friendly and accomodating. The all day slide purchase was worth the money and our room was great. The pools are well kept and fun and all the extras are available for purchase - great movie selection in the rooms (though pricey!). The only thing that wasn't "perfect" were the restaurants. The... more

We stayed here as an overnight stop on our way to Washington State. Only a couple of miles from I-90, makes a nice change from your usual hotel on the Interstate. Good place for an overnight or as a base for exploring the surrounding area. Not a "resort" in the sense one normally thinks of (luxurious and exotic), but room... more

It was wonderful. Ski all day then soak the weary muscles all night in the hot springs hot pools....not hot tubs, hot pool. Their hot pools are the size of most hotel pools, then there is their ultra huge swimming pools and the slide. Water temps were about 105 in the hot tub and 95 in the swimming pools....kids lips... more

This was our first time to stay here. We had talked about it for a long time. We had to teenagers with us and they enjoyed it alot. I wish we could of stayed longer. Everyone was so friendly and very help full. We didn't fill cramped in the romm with four people. They are large rooms. The weather was... more

The kids (10 and 12) loved having so much room to swim and the water slide was a big hit. I had to beg the kids to come to bed the second night - they would have stayed out there until dawn! We have gone to other hot springs for a break during the school year, but the kids did... more

We thought this would be a great getaway for a family reunion with many young children. The first thing we thought when we entered the place is that it was in need of an update, only to find that they had done a partial one a few years back. Nice try. We were not given the room we reserved (reserved... more

The pools and slide are indeed awesome. Not one pool, but four hot springs pools with 24 hour access for guests. Two of the pools are massive Olympic sized babies, one indoors and one outdoors. Two hot pools and a brand spanking new waterslide. Rooms were great, spacious with new bedding, looked like new carpet and bathrooms also. Everything was... more
