This hotel was o.k. The room was clean, but antiquated. The pillows left something to be desired, as they weighed about 10 pounds! We had laundry done while there, and it cost about the same as one night's stay. Had they told us the price before hand, we would not have had it done. It came back clean and pressed... more

I guess this hotel is ok according to "belarussian" std but western travelers should not exptect too much. Of all the staff, only 1 lady was english speaking. The good side was that other staff members tried hard to be helpfull(not always the case in USSR). Deluxe rooms are very spacious but other rooms are rather old. more

I stayed for two nights in this hotel in this Hotel as a family member got married in vitebsk. I must say that I was greatly surprised by the quality of the hotel, which according to US/Canadian standards could be rated a 3.5 stars.
