I loved this place! Warned against sleazy guesthouses that cheat (or worse) tourists, I was very cautious when I researched on accommodation in Siem Reap. Not wanting to spend on the 5star hotels along the stretch, we picked out Rosy Guest House run by some Australians. Everyone spoke English, albeit simple English for some. But the place was clean, cozy... more

Would definitely stay here again, the staff were ever so helpful and this allowed us to do so many things during such a short stay in Siem Reap. Furthermore, we ate here on more than one occasion as the food was tremendous. more

After a nightmare bus journey from Thailand, where they tried every scam in the book on us, we eventually arrived at Rosy GH exhausted but with our wallets in tact. The greeting we received was warm and friendly and 5 mins later when we were sat with a warm drink listening to Donald Bird on the stereo, I knew we'd... more

The Rosy guesthouse is a fantastic place to stay. Situated in a nice quiet area of Siem Reap where I felt very safe and was not more than 5 minutes from bar street by tuk tuk. The owners (an English couple) and staff are extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. The guesthouse itself has a relaxed atmosphere with bar, restaurant and... more

Rooms: Average, Food: Average, Price: Average, Location: Average Good selection of DVDs available in the lobby with DVD player in the room. Wifi is satellite so very poor speed. Breakfast is not included and the food at the restaurant cannot compete with the other choices in Siem Reap. Location is a short tuktuk drive to the central market area and... more

I chose Rosy Guesthouse 2 yrs ago and it was a pleasant stay there. The 3-bed room is neat and clean. Bed and showers may not be impressive but they are decent and in good working condition. Staff are friendly too. Breakfast is average but downtown (pub street and old market) are within 15mins walking distance. I just returned from... more

We arranged for someone to come get us from the bus station(took a bus from Phnom Penh) and we're so glad we did as it was pretty chaotic. Tuktuk driver's a staff of Rosy GH, and although he wasn't very good in speaking English, he tried to make us feel at home! When we got to Rosy, we met the... more

The room was big, clean and air conditioned. Great value for money. Close to town. The onsite restaurant was also reasonably priced. more

We stayed at Rosy's in April 2009 and it was fantastic. We have 5 boys aged 5 through to 13, so sorting accommodation that works is often difficult, and being confident that we've booked something appropriate is always a worry - but no worries with Rosy's. From our first email contact with Rachel and Simon, they did everything they could... more
