I loved this place and yes it's an advantage to be just a bit out of the center because it was quiet and felt peaceful. There are two free tuk tuks so I never had a problem going anywhere. The room is lovely as is the pool. When the owner discovered that I love French food he would make whatever... more

I just got back from Siem Reap, Cambodia and must say it was the best trip of my life. A friend of mine recommended I stay at this boutique hotel Villa Kiara and it was probably the best advice he's ever given me. Upon arrival, we were picked up by the hotel van and from then on, we were under... more

The proprietor and entire staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. Villa Kiara is nice, quiet sanctuary only a short distance from town. It's close enough to provide convenient access to the Old Market but far enough to be perfectly peaceful at night. The in-house restaurant is excellent. A nice little gem in Siem Reap. more

Fantastic service, welcomed at the airport and driven back through the centre of Seim Reap town to the hotel. We were given a cold fruit juice and cool face towel to freshen up. Then escorted to our room. IT WAS JUST LIKE THE BROCHURE only more beautiful. Very open and spacey, fresh flowers in the bathroom and flowers strewn on... more

This bed & breakfast was wonderful. Beautiful surroundings, pool, restaurant offering european food. The staff were excellent and the owner and his wife treated us like long lost friends. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. What a lovely place to return to after a long day exploring Angkor Wat. This B&B is about a 10 minute tuk tuk drive... more

I booked Villa Kiara because it is new and the pictures look good. It looks good from the outside but the inside decor gives a feeling of simple instead of minimal. It situated far from downtown. There is nothing nearby except untendered grassland and trees. It is a hideaway place without scenery. Though the hotel offer free tuk tuk to... more

Stayed 5 nights in Villa Kiara, not really close the downtown but actually I love it which located in the farmland. Really quiet and peaceful. The lovely room is really simple, clean and have everything we need. Staff are also cordial and friendly. Definitely will stay here if have chance to visit Siem Reap again. more

The place is just very very pretty. small. cute. classy. hospitality is amazing. it is not in the middle of town which is great because you can actually hear the sounds of nature at night and in the morning. The owners are awesome! Breakfast is fantastic, especially before a long day at the temples.. and the concrete swimming pool is... more

Our first trip to Cambodia and this was a very nice place to stay. Villa Kiara is on the outskirts of Siem Riep, 5-10 minutes to the town centre by tuk tuk, which was supplied by the hotel for no extra charge. The owners and staff are very friendly, attentive and helpful people and were good with our children. The... more

We were recommended this hotel by some fellow travelers in Indonesia and it did not disappoint. This is truly one of the nicest places I have stayed at and at a very reasonable price. The rooms were great, the pool was great and the staff were very friendly and attentive. The food may seem a bit more expensive than some... more
