Pro: - clean rooms - very friendly and helpful staff - nice atmosphere - reasonable prices - near to Angkor Wat - free wifi But: After eating only in Jasmine Lodge and drinking only water bought there we got a terrible gastroenteritis which needed to be cured in an emergency room in Bangkok. As mentioned, we only - and without... more

Think the previous reviews are outdated. :S I must certainly disagree with all of them after my stay from 11 June - 18 June. Mr Kunn and his staff picked us up at the airport and he have to wait for over an hour as we were taking our own sweet time at the arrival hall. After having heard of... more

When we got off from the tuk-tuk at Jasmine Lodge, we were very impressed. The exterior and lounge area is beautifully done and cozy with a resort feel. The lounge area has is airy with comfy couches and a billiards table which was cool. The food was decent, and we really appreciated the free breakfast that was part of our... more

My friend of mine recommend Jasmine Lodge when I went with my foster sister to Siem Reap Cambodia.I made contact with Mr Kunn online before I came and he was so facilitative. When we arrived at about 7pm in Siem Reap bus station, the tuktuk driver MR Sei Neang was already there waiting with our names written on the white paper... more

Highly recommended to all, although it has some bad reviews. We definitely feel that the owner Kunn run this hotel with all his heart. We even get a personal ride from him to the night market with zero cost. ^O^ $18 for a tripple room (with air-con), and breakfast included every morning, cheap~ Also Kunn is so friendly, and so... more

Arrived around 1pm and were shown a room that we looked at too quickly. After we paid we realize that our room smelled strange and the bathroom leaked water into the room. We asked to change and the management refused nor offered any concession to alleviate our annoyance. To my amazement he did not allow us to change the second... more

I disagree as well. I think for a budget guesthouse, it was great value. For $15 a night, we got 3 beds with fan, and a clean bathroom (with heating) together with free breakfast every morning. I had my apprehensions and was quite worried that I wouldn't be safe or be able to sleep but I was really glad I... more

We stayed her with another couple we met on our travels for a week in May. A double room was only $5. We had a very basic room (by choice) with ensuite & fan (we hate sleeping in air con). Look, the rooms are very basic but how much time do you spend there? We found the staff to be... more

Friendliest place I stayed my whole time in Cambodia. Nearly didn't stay here due to all the bad reviews but went ahead, and am so glad I did. I will definitely go back. Got free pick up from the bus even though I changed my arrival time. OK, not the best room in the world but fine for the price... more
