It started with the hotel manager introducing himself and joining us for an evening drink. My mother who is 82 was fussed over from the time they picked us up from the airport and dropped us back. Staff treated us as all individual important and did that little bit extra without being asked. more

I've been to this hotel four times. I love the lobby, which has elephant sculptures and just feels like a bit of Cambodia. The floor inlaid... I like that the hotel is Cambodia owned.
