Very pleasant, quiet and pretty hotel. Located out of the main tourist strip in a local area. The hotel always has a tuk-tuk driver or two waiting outside. It has a lovely pool - which is important as Siem Reap is very hot. The breakfast was not very good - cold coffee and cold stale baguettes with a very limited... more
I booked this hotel after reading the positive feedback on this site and I have to agree that is was a good choice. The rooms were clean and space. The hotel had a wonderful pool where one can idle away the very hot afternoons. The hotel also found me an excellent tuk tuk driver which I used throughout my stay... more
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It's an excellent value. The room was very comfortable and quiet, and furnished in lovely dark wood furniture (mosquito net provided over the bed). The wall unit a/c worked well. The only downsides....the towels were flimsy and smelled funny, and there was no shampoo provided. The hotel is also a 20 minute... more

The rooms are simple, yet very tasteful and well thought out. They have AC, fans, hot water, and balconies. The guesthouse also has a pool, which is wonderful after cycling... more
At $49usd per room, we found Mysteres to be a great place to stay in Siem Reap. Mysteres is located about 20 minutes walk from city center. I read in another review somewhere the walk was a bit shady...however we found no sketchiness at all. The hotel is located in a quite neighborhood on a dusty street a couple of... more
The Mysteries lodge was a good value at $48 usd per night. It has an impression of a Khmer building with basic but comfortable rooms. The 3 door system (to keep out bugs is a big annoying - need to get rid of one set). There is a lovely pool with salt water which after a day at the temples... more
