The hotel offers free pickups from the airport, but I'm not sure if the guy who picked us up actuall worked for the hotel, he tried to sell us all sorts of trips on the way to the hotel. We arrived at 8.30am and were allowed to check in straight away which was great. The staff were helpful if you wanted any help with tours, prices etc. Linen and towels although clean were stained and grubby looking as was the bathroom.
