The hotel was well located but there were quite a few problems during our stay including the fact that the shower rail fell down on first usage. the room was quite dirty with stains on the sheets and dirty (mouldy) flip flops provided. the bath had duct tape on it (covering a hole?). breakfast was basic but nice. the restaurant... more

This hotel was very nice for Cambodia with a pool and super sized rooms. The owner (Manager called Lik) was very helpful he sorted guides and transport even our visa for Vietnam nothing was to much trouble. We booked through hostelworld but as we had not signed up could not review. If you go to Siem Reap we can recommend... more

We had a couple issues with our room – but overall good value and nice hotel. For $25 USD we had a clean room with two double beds, A/C, TV and the standard in-room-shower bathroom. What we did not realize while previewing the room is that 1) there was not hot water specifically in this room and 2) the bathroom... more

A friend and I stayed at the Mekong Angkor Palace Hotel this month, after rejecting the hotel which we had originally booked due to extensive renovation work taking place. The tuktuk driver, a personal friend from a previous visit, recommended this place and it turned out to be an excellent choice. Am rather surprised to read previous bad reviews and... more

I know this place by my friend. Well, it's a good hotel. Sweet large room, good bathroom, good set menu breakfast, good servise, friendly and kind staff. Balcony also good, I can see the pool very well. Nice garden near the pool. Yeah it's located in the center of town, so it's easy for me. I can use my credit... more

The Hotel is the worst thing i've ever seen. O.K mainly because the whole hotel area is under construction. The hotel area is divided by a huge strip where a excavater is doing his work. The hotel got two more levels and they work directly above your head with an unbelivable noise. (banging, hammering, drilling) by the way : the... more

We reluctantly decided to stay at Mekong Angkor Palace after checking out a few other places that were all booked up. At first sight the hotel was nice...but once checked in and in our room everything changed. The room was "clean" to a certain extent but the walls were yellow and dirty from smoke. We spent an hour or so... more
