Siem Reap is a fabulous destination that requires a lot of activity (touring temples and walking through the town, etc.), It was great to come back to the quiet serenity of the Lotus at the end of the day, or before going out in the evening. The staff was absolutely wonderful and the lobby and pool areas are very elegant.... more

This hotel is about 10 minutes out of town by tuk tuk but a good location for heading out to the temples. We were given a very big room, the pool was really nice and the buffet breakfast more than adequate. It feels very big and somewhat clinical and although it didn't seem busy at this peak time, they were... more

I loved this hotel as a base, yes it is abit futher out than others, but we had a driver so this was not an issue for us, also there were lots taxis and tutus around. The room was huge, and the food was good. They where expanding the restaurant when we where there but that was no problem. Loved... more

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in March 2009. The hotel is located about 2 miles out from the town centre on a busy main road from Siem Reap to the airport, many hotels are located on this road. To walk from the hotel to the town centre would take about 40 minutes, it takes about 15 minutes... more

Room and bathroom are big. Tidy as well, but I am not sure to put down clean. Perhaps I am a puritan, but the towels and the chairs had stinks. Beds are comfortable. Nice lobby. Attentive and friendly staff. They made you orange juice while you waited to check-in and everyone greeted you once you entered, which were impressive for... more

I just got back from staying at the Lotus Angkor Hotel. When I first got there, I was a bit disappointed because the hotel did not look as nice as it did on the website. They were doing a lot of renovation since it was low season, so there was a lot of dirt, rocks, fences, and cement around. However,... more

We really enjoyed our stay at the Angkor Lotus. Room was big & clean with French doors opening up to the back over looking the pool and tropical setting. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast very good in a lovely setting. Location good because it is out of town and quiet. Easy and inexpensive to get a tuk tuk to... more

I booked the hotel directly and had no issues with the booking. The response and communications were very prompt. I was upgraded free to a junior suit room by the hotel. The hotel has a very nice swimming pool, good breakfast, and evening restaurant too; though I did go down to Pub Street most nights. The room was very clean... more
