This is my second trip to cambodia. I booked at the Allson Angkor because my travel agent recommended me this hotel. When i arrived in cambodia I found out that the hotel I booked from the website...as shown above was no more..closed down. And the hotel had moved into the paradise hotel. The hotel was old and several parts no... more

Nice hotel, friendly staff. Hotel needs renovation but all in all a good experience. Nice comfortable rooms. Staff members were polite. Every request was catered to. Good location too in between the airport and the main town. more

Stayed for 5 nights in SR with 3 children. Found front desk staff helpful even without a great grasp of English language. Rooms were clean and reasonable with older style dark interiors - only warm showers. Breakfast was just OK - if a large tour group were staying, they would pretty much finish off the bulk of the buffet with... more

We knew that our trip to Cambodia would be a little more rustic than what we are accustomed to, so when we booked this hotel, based on positive reviews, we assumed spending a few extra dollars (relative to the prices of other Hotels in Cambodia) would afford us the same comforts of a budget hotel in North America. We were... more

This hotel must have been the worst 4 star hotel I have stayed in ever: 4 star usually means a bit lower than 5 star but better than 3 star but the Allson Angkor Hotel should be stripped of any stars they have been awarded. Up on our arrival, we had two rooms booked: 1 Superior and 1 Deluxe room.... more

I liked this hotel a lot. The rooms were nice and comfortable. The hotel staff were all fabulous--the nicest people and very helpful. We ate breakfast at the hotel and I was pleased. They had many options and again, the staff was ready and willing to help or get you coffee etc. You did not have to ask for help...someone... more

My family and I stayed at the Angkor hotel in Siem Reap for four nights. The staff were very nice and friendly, the rooms were good air conditioning worked. Breakfast was not great but ok, the other meals had poor choice so we ate them in pub street in town. Generally we were looking for a safe and clean plac... more

Hotel was OK - we had a bed and a big breakfast. However, there were some problems. Dinner in the restaurant was not good - none of our party were particularly satisfied by their meals. The dessert menu looked great. When we came to order - none of it was available, apart from fruit. The sauna was not working. Breakfast... more

We travel a lot worldwide and we stay at a lot of 5 star properties, but the Angkor Hotel in Siem Reap Cambodia is among the best we have stayed at so far. The staff are the most honest and proffessional we have encounted. My wife lost an ankle bracelet in the room, but when we came back that night... more

Stayed 2 nights, the hotel has seen better days must have been great 5 years ago, web page says they have de-luxe rooms,on booking in this only means you have a upstairs room facing the street, rooms where clean. not all had tea making available, breakfast was quite good, lunch and dinner a big contrast very limited and poor.I really... more
