Not much complaint - good size room and bathroom, plenty of english channels, accommodating staff. Bfast mediocre. Pool was ok - not really being used by other guests. The only things is for a 4 star hotel, the bathroom was not uo to taht standard and the water pressure was not that great - on 3rd floor.

We bought some bus tickets to bangkok trough the front desk. The price was 18 dollars per person. We where picked up by a very old bus and learned that the other passengers had only paid 8 dollars for their ticket. So dont buy your tickets of the hotel but go into town and save the money.
