The hotels rooms were large and very well equipped so value for money in this relation. However we were not impressed to find we had to pay for internet access when we stay at much cheaper guest houses that give you free wireless. This hotel is a bit out the middle of Siam Riep but a tuk-tuk will bring you into town for $2. They will say $3 or $4 but when I started walking to town this soon changed!! The hotel was very nice and the staff were very friendly. The restaraunt was very good too - I even got room service.... more

I found the hotel pretentious. They had a nice juzucci but the water was freezing cold. They claimed to have 24-hour in-rooom dining but they didn't pick up the phone late in the evening (tried many times, also the reception). Great Location! Not far from Angkor Watt. Staff speaks some English and very helpful. Our flight from Hanoi was canceled and we had a reservation for 4 nights in Siem Reap when we arrived a day late the staff was more than accommodating up graded us to a suite and did not charge us for the night we missed.
