I've stayed in the Foyer more times then I can remember. For the price (around 20.000 CFA, or €30) it is the best value in town. Especially concerning the terrace and the food. Nothing luxurious. But great value for money. Most of the staff are friendly. Slightly small menu but overall very nice. Will stay there again on any return business trips.

Weirdly, recommended by Lonely Planet. We got a nice apartment here for a night but any positives were vastly outweighed by the unbelievably rude staff (the rudest in a year travelling around Africa) and old expat men running about, perving over young prostitutes.
