I stayed for 6 nights during my PhD field work in Arica. I chose this place because it was the first telephone number that worked after trying to call several hotels closer to the city centre/beach. The price (CHP10,000 for a single room ) and the free Wifi connection in the room were the decisive points. Positive side: cheap; located... more
