This is certanly a very run down hotel. If we had stayed at a residencia it would have been better. Rooms run down, bothrooms full of mold. We paid $82 for a double room. After a 3 day rough tour of the antiplano I was hoping for a great long shower. I hate the thought of touching the bathroom walls! more

Arrived hotel 24 hours before expected, although my voucher and time were correct as per itinery. Reception could not speak english, but accepted us. Room 222 had water out of hot tap but was cold, mentioned this following morning and we were changed to another room instantly apparently Arica has a hard water problem and that interferes with the operation... more
