I really liked Hostel Natales. Spacious rooms, warm and clean, a good bathroom, and -- above all -- an wonderful staff: Pato, Gabriela and Melania. Also, my excursions to Torres del Paine and travel tickets were arranged by them. Highly recommended! more

A lovely warm welcome and friendly staff made my stay here a great one. The breakfast was lovely and The fires and bean bags in the lounges gave me a warm place to relax. The staff helped with any trips I wanted to do and the place was spotlessly clean. more

Having read the previous review about Hotel Natales, I feel compelled to tell of our experience there, which was wonderful. Rather fell for the pretty flyer and website. Sadly hostel didn't quite live up to this in reality. However, staff helpful and friendly. Flyer implies beautiful views, but sadly rooms all seem to face inwards, with the exception of the breakfast room!
