A very dated and tired hotel, but very centrally located. The staff were rude and not particularly helpful or friendly. If they spent a bit of money updating the hotel, it could be the place to stay in town. Not worth the money. more

This place was just fine. It was clean and the rooms were a bit bare, but the location was great, right in town. They have a computer in the lobby for customer use, which is free. more

Perfect and friendly staff. They helped us to get from Punta Arenas to Ushuaia, Argentina, because all buss tickets were sold out. They have spent hours to get us in Ushuaia and finally with a good result! Magda and Magdalena thanks again! more

Stayed twice at this hotel on recommendation and found it excellent on both occasions. It is a lovely old building and right on the main plaza of the city which is great for reaching anywhere central. Rooms are all en suite and recently refurbished to a very standard indeed.
