We stayed there one night in Jan. before we leave for puerto natales, it is a very small hotel, but you´ll find everything you need there. Small room, comfy bed, good shower. Breakfast is simple but enough, staffs are friendly. What more can you ask for? more

We only spent the night in Punta Arenas to catch a boat and this hotel was perfect. It is within easy walking distance from the bus station and also easy walking distance to the main area of town and the dock from which our boat departed. It is a bit more like a bed and breakfast, as someone else commented.... more

This is a nice hotel. We stayed there on two separate occasions. The rooms are nice, we especially liked to be on the second floor as it reduced the noise from above. Breakfast is very simple and not that great but otherwise everything else was excellent. We enjoyed the stay. more

Chalet Chapital is located downtown and very close to the Bus Sur station, where you can take the bus to Puerto Natales. Me and my wife felt like at home in Chalet Chapital. Just off the centre of town, Hotel Chalet Chapital is very well located. We found the Staff at the hotel very helpful in every aspect including the use of the kitchen in the eveniong to cook a meal when we wanted a simple meal with a nice botle of wine. more

grest location for staying in town. easy to walk - rooms quiet. great value. staff had good information on local resturants. take a hike and walk to ski resort for a good view of the area. more
