A 'business' hotel (basically an office block converted into a hotel = high ceilings and hermetically sealed rooms) Impossible to open a window so you are at the mercy of a centralised air conditioning unit which sucks up all the exhaled smoke from the numerous roomsfull of men playing cards all day, cools it, and redistributes it into your sleeping... more

Nice hotel overall but the smokiest hotel I have encountered in 3 years of living in China. They claim to have a non-smoking floor but I don't think I was on it. more
