Compared to the other hotels I have stayed at in Shenzhen, the JW Marriott lives up to the expectation. The rooms are spacious enough with lush decoration and furniture. This hotel definately has that IT factor. Massive staircase and waterfeature in the lobby makes you stop. The staff was very attentive, remembering my name upon my second visit. They thought of helpful things I'd never considered and tried to anticipate my needs. The rooms were spacious and beautiful. Very open and clean. The restaurant was elegant and the food was unbelievable. Extremely quiet (though admittedly new). Fairly close to the underground. Highly recommended. more
