I stayed at the Baolilai after my flight was cancelled at short notice. I booked online through Chinese based travel website. The hotel sent their driver, a bellboy AND an Assistant Manager to pick me up at the airport. I have stayed at this hotel a couple times for business. the rooms are really nice, the lobby/lobby bar is just beautiful. the chinese restaurant is sooo delicious but its easier to dine there with chinese colleagues than with non-mandarin speakers-- there's a lot of confusion about drinks and food without natives. more
