Was booked into the Pavilion hotel by my hosts in Shenzhen. I was in a room on the Executive floor which was outstanding. Very well equipped. Staff try their best, but their English (as many in Shenzhen) was a little limited. Was invited to the Chinese restaurant which was top class. more

Rooms here are superb and service is prompt and excellent. One of the best options in Shenzhen I have every come across. Very good value for money. Lots of restaurant choices in the neighourhood. more

This is a quality hotel but it was cold during my trip and the hotel has no heating. They provided me with a portable heater for my room. however you had to keep your coat to have breakfast in the hotel lobby. Room was very nice. Breakfast buffet was excellent. more

We have stayed here over the last 3 years on busines trips, the most recent was a complete surprise, total refurbishment, to a very high standard. Staff always helpful and breakfast choice is very good. Food in hotel is expensive and better is available 10 minutes from the front door. BUT don't invite anyone to your room as the bothroom... more
