On my stay at the hai lian ,, i find that the staff was excellent , the hotel resteraunt in the lobby good food and very economical,, the bed was hard as all beds in china,, but the ,comforter and the clean sheets everyday out weighed any hard mattress, the staff did what it could to make you feel at home , and they have a person on staff that speaks english well,,if you want a place far from home that makes you feel at home this is the place..Next door to hotel is a fast food type resteraunt that has excellent beef and green pepers,, also good egg sanwiches for 6rmb for breakfeast,,this hotel is close to the main shopping and a big grocery store at the end of the block..you could walk to pretty much anywhere and the bus is 1 block away as weel as the subway,,, i give this hotel a 5* star rating for comfort cleanliness and great service,, more
