The rate we got for a one nite stay was 475RMB (included breakfast). Room on 11th floor had a king size bed, very nice, comfortable, roomy with nice amenities. Hotel is clean, spacious, well kept. If you don't smoke request a non smoking FLOOR, not just a room. There are hookers wandering around the lobby at night and around the front driveway.
