The hotel facilities, beach, swimming pool, rooms etc. are extremely nice. But the staff is not yet up to speed and aware of international standards. Only a few people speak English well, and service is rather slow (although, the staff is quite friendly). Restaurant prices are extremely high and not worth the quality of the dishes served. more

Room is spacious and clean. The buffet breakfast is tasty and of good quality. It has many variety of foods which I think suitable for guests of different nationalities. It is a vacious place with a clean beach and a huge swimming pool. Room is also fantastic Compared to other 5 star resort in Sanya, it's not packed, so you can enjoy a calm holiday.
