Overall, a pleasant stay. But I was surprised to see cigarettes on lift lobby of a non-smoking floor and very surprised not to receive any response from the hotel relating to an item I had left in the hotel room after my stay. Internet access is chargeable if use is more than 30 minutes. more

The Ramada is a reliable choice. The rooms are well appointed with all the essentials. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, and the walk in wardrobe adequate. Spent a week there in April 2007. Reserved on the Ramada website, and they did have a record of it. Only major problem was that they had, originally, no inclination to honor the room rate "guaranteed" by my reservation. Took three tries, including recruiting the hotel manager to my side, to convince the desk clerk to give me the rate.... more
