Stayed here for 2 days and found the Hotel to be very good and comfortable for the business traveler. “Very comfortable”

The general atmosphere of the hotel is one of comfort and relaxing. Situated on the edge of a lake, the visitor is treated to delightful views. Its position is convenient with local restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The staff are very attentive which adds to the pleasure of a stay in Crowne Plaza, Suzho.

They have very good customer service. Highly recommended. Special service from the lounge. Managers are very friendly and helpful. I got upgrade when they run out of room. Second Best hotel in Suzhou. I will come again hopfully.

As usual the high standards are maintained friendly courteous + knowledgeable staff who are tasked to make their guests have an enjoyable stay away from home. Will be returning for more. “Outstanding hotel in a great location”

This Crowne Plaza property is the nicest one I have been in. This is a 5 star experience from start to finish. A beautiful hotel with excellent dining options, the tremendous view of Jinji Lake is breathtaking. Gift shops are high end and overpriced but that would be typical in a hotel like this. Highly recommend.
