Communal areas have been mordenised but maybe to the chinese standards and dont look quite finished.

There are several Scholars' Inns - perhaps related? perhaps on same St? i think mine was 277 Jingde Lu ? Taxi driver had a hard time finding it - it's very close to a Children's Hospital.
