This is the worst international hotel that I ever stay. No warm greetings when we come. No any support from concierge. Have misunderstanding between my booking confirmation in Accor website and in the reception desk.

There are many new staffs in the hotel and it seems that they need more training. The hotel is not old, but the chairs are sagged and not comfortable. Don't sit in front of the Coffee house door, it was freezing cold.

Overall hotel is quite nice, good staff, nice and clean room; location is in a middle of nowhere but well know since it is inside industrial park. This is a convinienantly located Hotel if you travel for business to the SIP, otherwise you'd better avoiding it as is far from Suzhou city center.
