We stayed at this property for 3 days in October 2012. Service, Check-in, concierge were all top notch. The rooms are tastefully appointed and ver comfortable. I love the piano in the open bar area. The buffet breakfast is excellent. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel was centrally located so there was a huge mall right across the street. Stayed for three nights on a business trip and whilst the rooms and service were great the missign heating was a downside. The aircon allows cooling but bears the advice that it doesn't heat. The room are clean and city view is great specially at night. This hotel is just right in the heart of the city which make it very accesible. Service is also nice as the staff at the lobby can communicate well in English. Generally great experience and this will be my hotel of choice in future Changchun visit.
