I came with a business group there to visit the port. I thought overall it was a nice welcoming property, even though we pulled up at 10:30pm. Check in took a few minutes, but there were 20 of us and I wouldn't have expected anything less, especially given the fact that hotels are strictly enforcing the 'photocopy the passports' rule.... more

Nice hotel, was originally booked in a deluxe room but was offered an upgrade to the Horizon Club for an extra $15/night. This included free internet, buffet breakfast and happy hour in the evening. Easily accessible, convenient - a 5-min taxi ride to the nearest department store called Youyi (Friendship) and 15-min taxi ride to the area where there are a few shopping malls located (Newmart, Victory Plaza) - excellent shopping options!
