I stayed with 3 friends in Lee Wan Hotel...on holidays. We found the front desk reception staff to be most unfriendly, unhelpful and totally devoid of any grasp of the English language. This is a chinese 4 star hotel, which means 3 star for those outside china. Dalian is quite expensive overall, but you can get a standard room here at Lee Wan Hotel for about 40usd.
