Stayed for 3 nights, but checked out after 2 in July 2007. From outside, the hotel is very ugly. Public spaces inside are quite nice, lobby well maintained. Staff is friendly but does not speak english and is not well trained. When I checked out at 8 am (!!) there was no english speaking staff at the reception on duty.... more

Just what you would expect from Intercontinental. Free internet, big, lovely room. This hotel is probably the best deal in Shenyang. I have stayed at the Sheraton as well and actually find this one nicer. Very popular Irish bar on the first floor, nice buffet breakfast, good gym. Paid about 50usd. more
